Their product Smart Sense aids companies in offering comprehensive solutions in their decarbonisation journey by seamlessly integrating emissions reporting (Scope 1, 2, and 3, meaning degree of emission) and enhancing productivity by 11%. The Smart Sense provides intelligent insights for data-based decisions and monitors indoor air quality, temperature, humidity, lighting, and human wellness. Identifying The Challenge

After their rebranding, they approached us to synergize their products and marketing strategies. They faced a range of challenges that significantly impacted the UI. Understanding the user’s perspective proved to be the biggest challenge. To address this, we actively engaged with Ecolibrium’s technical and development team. One of the primary concerns was the lack of intuitiveness and user-friendliness in the UI/UX. Furthermore, there were problems related to information hierarchy, inconsistent visual language, and the overall aesthetics of the suites involved in not aligning with current design trends. These factors contributed to the thought that the user interface needed a refresh. These challenges highlighted the need for addressing usability and design-related issues.

The Impact

We undertook a project to enhance the user interface (UI) Dashboard by giving it a facelift. Our efforts involved incorporating contemporary tabs, themes, and widgets such as pie charts, bar graphs, and fluidic flow elements to enhance the visual appeal. We developed both dark and light versions to cater to different user preferences, and improved the iconography, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable visual language. Further, we extended our work to encompass brand collateral, including designing merchandise, creating case studies, and developing promotional videos to showcase the products. Our involvement extended to the technical front end and encompassed rebranding efforts as well. Our team introduced a UI that skillfully blended vibrant colours with a minimalist approach, resulting in a decluttered screen. The focus was on creating a user experience (UX) that would stand the test of time, requiring a futuristic design treatment to ensure the app remained relevant in the ever-evolving technological landscape.
